Eastleigh hub bowling trip
We enjoyed a positive and relaxed atmosphere at the recent bowing trip with our Eastleigh hub. Arranged through the monthly forum, the trip offered an opportunity to encourage connection and show that having fun can be an important part of recovery!
Eastleigh Creative Recovery Group
We’re so proud to showcase the creativity and talent from our Eastleigh Creative Recovery Group. These pieces were made in a recent session and reflect the imagination, skills and stories of the people who attended.
Creative Recovery is a weekly session in our Eastleigh hub. The group offers a relaxed, supportive space to explore different art and craft activities each week, from painting and collage to air clay, songwriting and engaging with nature.
